“My husband contacted GE Tree Service about a month ago and requested an estimate for removal of two trees from our backyard and they were on it super quick. They contacted him back with the quote on the two trees and they scheduled a date for removal of the two trees and they called a day prior to the removal date , and confirmed date and time for the removal. “Our experience with GE Tree service was phenomenal. They were very quick to arrive after we called to request a quote. The gentleman that came out was knowledgeable and friendly. They were also very prompt to get us our quote. We had a minor setback getting approval from the railroad company as the tree was near their right of way. Mark spent a large amount of time working with the railroad and myself trying to get us taken care of. He kept me update throughout the entire process. “Back several years ago when I lived in Oakland City I had a tornado destroy 8 of my 30 year old pine trees snapping many of them in half my yard looked like a bomb had went off in it it was a F2 tornado. I didn’t know what I was going to do that’s when I called GE tree service and talked to Mark Goodpasture he came to my house that very day and after seeing what the tornado had done he just looked at me and said we can take care of this for you without any problems. After seeing GE tree service in action I knew I had made the right call they were the most skilled and professional crew I had ever seen when they got done cutting down huge trees and grinding the stumps out you would never have known they had been there except my missing trees . There were no ruts in my yard no leftover debris left on the ground it was amazing the relief I had after they were done . The best thing that came out of this terrible ordeal was I found a true friend getting to know mark Goodpasture we have remained good friends and have had lots of good moments trading vehicles,cutting down trees or just having lunch and talking about things .
